The rooms with a microwave and conformable beds, for instance.
We loved stuff and rooms of this hotel. We had lunch in Subway, placed close by.
This hotel was nice place for exploring Austin, loved it. The breakfast had good choice of food, like hot waffles, yogurt and fruit;)))
The perfect location and close to several places! The Capitol is just a short walk away!
The pool is a bit separate from the rooms but everything is fine.
the location regarding the route of the marathon. attention of the valet parking
when i returned the first day 4 pm my room was still not cleaned. they were not flexible with my late check out request
Parking is expensive at $27 a day, breakfast was bread and cereal only, the waffle iron doesn't work.
The location is perfect.
That you have to pay for parking separately, it is not included in the price.
room was clean when we arrived, they didn't clean it the first day and second day they only cleaned the bathroom when we were there, not the rest of the room. we commented on this at the hotel reception they told us that they did not touch the beds when cleaning, truth is that they did not clean anything but the bathroom at our insistence.
staff is friendly, rooms are good.
Everything was fine.
The lack of soundproofing. Every time someone opened the access door to the floor we were on, you could hear a loud bang as it closed.
The bed was quite large and comfortable. The room was very spacious. The air conditioning was working very well. It was close to the capitol and you could walk to 6th st and other tourist attractions. The customer service was very good, they let us into the room earlier and on the last day they put our backpacks away while we were visiting the city for the last time.
The breakfast is the typical one of toasts, waffles and little more, quite simple and scarce although it serves to begin the day.
Too much noise all night.
Location for the price was awesome.
Having to pay to have someone park your car seems a little unfair.
Nice view of the city from 4th floor.
I didn't like the man and woman fighting verbally in the hallway at around 2:00 A.M. in the morning on Sunday. That kept going on for about 3 hours on and off. I called the front desk and they were either not there or sleeping. These people had no respect for others in the hotel.
